Eloise is a research assistant who has recently completed her Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Honours) at Deakin University, Burwood. During her Honours project she focused on current family mealtime practices in Australia among families with young children and their socioeconomic patterning, using entirely online methodology.  Eloise plans to progress her research career by beginning a PhD in 2016 focused on longitudinal patterns of family meals in Australian families, socioeconomic patterns and the role of Fathers during family mealtimes.

Eloise also runs a healthy eating and body image support group for women, in her local community. She has a passion for encouraging healthy, active and happy lifestyles among families, particularly through healthy parental role modelling (which she loves to practice on her two young children!).
